Something totally strange and new to my kids to try. We googled Siput Gonggong and it said Barking Snails. hahahaha.. So my kids calling them Barking Snails!
Here are the ingredients for Kum Heong:
. Loads of curry leaves
. Chopped garlics
. Cut onions
. Chili Padi (I didnt put for this video as my kids cant handle too spicy yet)
. shredded ginger
. Spring onions for garnishing
. dark soya sauce
. curry powder
. oyster sauce
. white pepper
. cooking wine - u can use any drinking wine too
